Our services in summary

Page2_3.png
  • ‘The work Charlesbye did for the Premier League was exceptional. Their insight and creativity helped us to re-think our approach to fan engagement at a critical time for the League. It was striking how quickly they got under the skin of how fans think and could shape that into strategic advice and practical ideas. Charlesbye’s work stands out, partly because the team can operate across a range of specialisms and because they are so good at listening to what people think and then developing strategies to change that in response. They are great to work with too.’

Helen MacNamara, Chief Policy & Corporate Affairs Officer

  • ‘Orcadian has enjoyed a much bigger voice in the energy debate than our size alone would warrant. The interviews and column inches stack up well, but what is more important is how Charlesbye has helped shape our message so that it resonated, rather than clashed, with the conversation about climate and energy.

We are able to engineer the solutions to deliver new oil and gas with much lower emissions, but communicating how that makes a difference is hard. Charlesbye has been absolutely central to helping us craft our message, so that we can explain our ideas to the general populace and policy makers alike.’

    Steve Brown, CEO

  • ‘I would strongly recommend working with Charlesbye, particularly for organisations who are looking for strategic communications advice that can support real business change. The team are incredibly responsive, proactive in project delivery and have gone over and above to support our goals. Their insight and analysis has been of huge assistance and I look forward to working with the Charlesbye team again.’

Elizabeth Gwilt, Head of Policy and Public Affairs

  •

‘Charlesbye helped us to think through complex challenges and aided us in communicating our messages crisply to the audiences we needed to reach. The team understands how important stakeholders think and use their insights to provide us with sharp and actionable advice. I couldn't recommend Charlesbye highly enough.'

Richard Hickson, Director of Corporate Affairs
